Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Liaun. That’s why we offer a generous 60-day return and exchange policy for both defective and non-defective items.

Overview – 60-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges for any reason (including change of mind, size issues, or preference) within 60 days from the date you receive your order.
  • There are no restocking fees or handling charges – returns and exchanges are free of any additional fees from our side.
  • However, shipping costs and any applicable customs duties/taxes for returning items to us vary depending on the reason (see details below).

Important Notes on Duties & Taxes:

  • We always ship your original order and any replacement/exchange items DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) – you will never pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees when receiving parcels from us.
  • For returns/exchanges sent back to us, any import duties/taxes charged by UK customs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase required.
  • Exclusions: Final sale/discounted items, underwear, swimwear, and personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged (except if defective).

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 60 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason.
  2. We will reply within 48 hours with return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to the address we provide.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
  • If return shipping was paid by you, it will not be reimbursed (except in cases of our error).

Exchanges

  • We happily exchange for the same item in a different size/colour or a different item of equal or lesser value.
  • If the new item is more expensive, you pay the difference. If less, we refund the difference.
  • Replacement items are shipped free of charge with all duties/taxes paid by us.
